Payroll & benefits is a high-performance, rules-based payroll and benefits management system designed to keep pace with changing enterprises and workforce needs.  Payroll provides a solution to address unique and often complex calculations without losing the benefits of a standard, supported package.  Benefits allow the setup and administration of a complete benefit offering, a fundamental component of the total compensation provided to employees.

 

Personnel administration (Module ID: PA)

Personnel administration provides comprehensive functions to manage your enterprise's current and future human resources needs.  It includes powerful functions for staff profile management, job specifications, organization chart, position control, and competency management.  You can build a fully integrated employee database to share across your enterprise.

 

Time management (Module ID: TM)
