Exhibitor
Online Registration (Module ID: OR)
Any company confirms to be an exhibitor has to
fill an online application form.
Login name and password will be provided. Afterwards, the registered company
will choose a booth at its first login.
Rules and Regulations (Module ID: RR)
Rules and regulations are provided. Emails will be sent to each exhibitor
when there are changes. A chat
room or bulletin board can be set up for Q&A among exhibitors and
contractor. This provides a
platform for communications and avoids any misunderstandings.
Equipment Booking (Module ID: EB)
Equipment like furniture and AV system can be
booked through the portal. Orders
will be directly sent to suppliers so as to fasten communication. Reports and summary of equipment can
be generated for each supplier.
Summarized Report (Module ID: SR)
Instant reports are available. Exhibitors can view the e-exhibition
map, location of other exhibitors, entrance and exit to have geographic research. Booked equipment can be listed to
check whether extra booking is necessary.
Floor Plan (Module ID: FP)
A simulated floor plan is displayed for
exhibitors to reserve the available venues during registration. Visitors can also check the
information of exhibitors and exhibitions by clicking the floor plan. This
helps attract any interested parties.
Drag and Drop (Module ID: DD)
Exhibitors can use the 'drag and drop' method to
allocate equipment in the simulated floor plan in order to have better arrangement.

Management Report (Module ID: MR)
Contractor can summarize the details of an
event. Reports of booth booking
can be shown geographically. A
table of total booked equipment, total revenue, expense
and so on could be computed upon request.
Information Announcement (Module ID: IA)
Announcement is eased by being made through
notification on web or email delivery.
Faxes and phones for notification will be recorded as history.
Print Version (Module ID: PV)
To make it more convenient for some contractors
who need to print out any reports or forms for records, print version
documents are generated so that contractors do not need to re-enter any data.

Event Portal (Module ID: EP)
Visitors can see the updated name list and nature
exhibitors, objectives of events and other details like date, time and venue.
The site can also be used as promotion.
Newsletter (Module ID: NS)
Newsletters will be distributed to visitors after
they have inputted their e-mail addresses during registration. This would further impress visitors
about any events and attract them to join.
E-appointment (Module ID: EA)
Visitors can make online appointments to meet
their targeted exhibitors. This
guarantees their privileges to contact the exhibitors.
